15-inch Mac Pro LCDs interchangeable?
Just what the question says. Are they drop-in compatible replacements for any 15-inch model since 2007 up to 2012?

No, they are not. If you have a model number I could give you further information, but in general they are not.

OK, so much for the 15inch models. I suppose it's the same situation for the 13-inch models of 2008-2012?
