spark down below the litle cilindre

i dont see anything burn .. can a spark with screw driver not broke something . i ask this so i keep trying assemble it write so it can work (its pieces now)

teodorescu marius, you still have not attached the image. It is really hard to determine what cylindrical part your shortened unless you can show us. Follow these instructions to add an image Adding images to an existing answer

teodorescu marius, thank you for posting the image. It appears the component that shorted out it is the battery fuse. This could of course be the reason why it does not charge ;-) Check the posted image and see if that is the part in question. The appropriate part number (Littelfuse Inc) seems to be 0435002 (http://www.littelfuse.com/data/en/Data_S...). You could place a temporary jumper across to see if it makes a difference. Do not keep the jumper on it permanently. Hope this helps, good luck.
