Gap Around Screen help

right iv done a search, i know there are issues about light leakage and dust getting in and out around the screen.

my question is if anyone else has changed a screen and found that they have a gap (mins at the top) between the screen and the bezel like 1.5-2mm

its almost like the screen is too small, the rubber gasket is there still BTW.

also getting the screen to sit flush again, top left has corner of my screen will not sit completely flush no matter what i do.
