On the logic board of the iPhone 4, there is a small chip with "10C0 047A 0315" printed on it. What is this chip?

It's the small chip to the right of the A4 chip, not coloured.

iPhoneGP, it is listed in the schematic as AUD10-C0 and definitely a BGA package. IT is part of the HPark (Highland Park?) circuit. The chip is in fact an Audience voice processor. Check the diagram and see if it helps.
