mass storage problem...please help

it doesn't connect to my pc anymore.... it doesn't even show when connected..before when connected to my pc, there's a cross X sign on it... now it show the charge icon and doesn't go to mass storage mode... i'm outta ideas...

Options

Try reset device and/or reboot PC. I am experiencing similar Problems sometimes. It might have to do with 'cleaner' apps that free memory, but I´m not sure.

after a few days it connected, but it seemed to be cable(usb) problem, not sure though, i'll confirm after my exams. thanks....
