My iPhone is beeping all the time and is not responding

each time i unlock the phone the screen turns black and when i try to access any option it turns black again and i can t use the phone anymore

Then it had low battery so i charged it and it keeps beeping then i tried to press the home and off button together to power it off so it was off and now it can t turn on again

alyaarafa, start with a new battery. Your errors seem to be all power related. Make sure that you tried a different cable, a different USB port and do try a AC adapter. Check your dock connector for any corrosion, bend or broken pins.
