No one can hear me and I cant hear anyone during calls

Got this iPhone 4 that has a very strange problem. When you make a call you cant hear it ring on the other side but they cant hear me neither. Replaced the earpiece speaker and the dock/ micro but still the same.

When I select the ringtones they play. Changing the volume seems to work and when plugging in head phones they come up as well.

Any one any idea??
