When I push on screen I lost conection with sim card

Firstly I want apologize for my english. In fact, I have two problems, the first is the somentimes not want to load the sim card, but when finally it load everything goes fine but when pushed to the right top of the screen, the sim card is disconnected and then i must insert sim card again and waiting for signal.

Hi Frederik,

Your issue(s) might be caused by a tiny object that got into the sim tray and got finally stuck in the iPhone.

Just follow this guide and open your iPhone to check the area around the sim card. Step 5 and 6 of this guide show you the position of the sim card.

I would give it a try. It is really not that difficult to open your iPhone.
