What does the i5 Display Assembly Include?

My iPhone 5's screen got shattered under a car but everything inside works fine. It syncs perfectly with iTunes, makes sounds, accepts calls normally, but the LCD is all colorful lines and that kind of gibberish. Now, I have no idea of knowing if the front camera, sensor, and earpiece are ok so if I do buy the 200$ display assembly, will it include the entire display parts with everything including the home button and camera/sensor and all or will I have to buy these individually?

P.S. Is it in any way possible to check the health of the iPhone's components via a Mac program?

1. you can't check the status of your components via a mac program.

2. i would buy the full screen assembly with small parts included. its a lot quicker to do, only the camera quality isnt that good every time

That sounds awesome, but do you have ANY idea where I can get that? Even if it isn't here, help out a brother...I'm working my way up iOS development these days so I'm desperate for a fully functioning screen (with all its components). Sending it to Apple isn't an option only because I live in Egypt and i5 service isn't available yet...
