My Nintendo 3DS does not power on. Only the orange light appear

my Nintendo 3ds does power on or does not charge. when i plug the power adapter to the 3ds, the orange light stay solid for a few minutes and them it goes off.

What i have done so far.

i change the battery with a new one, nothing happen.

i got another adapter and nothing happen again.

i clean the battery connector with alcohol nothing happen.

i think is the charging port that is damage or one of the fuse.

if anybody has the same problem or have a idea please share. thank you in advance.
