I recieved the phone off a friend to take a look at.
After removing all parts giving a good clean and putting back together the phone worked perfectly but once plugged into Itunes the screen went white. The digitalizer still works as I can hear the click as i unlock the phone.
Any ideas if this is just a replacement screen that is needed?

Have you already done a hard reset, after screen repairs this often fixes the problem.

The screen no longer has a backlight i can just see a change in contrast when i turn it on & off. Do you still think a hard reset would fix it?
