Problem getting started without a keyboard

Hi all,

I have a problem with my macbook pro a1286 2.66 in 2009.

I spilled soda on the keyboard and he would not start.

I wanted to start it with the short-circuit on the motherboard but I can be wrong because there was a spark and the MagSafe LED is off ...

Now I wonder if it is a fuse on the motherboard that is out of service or the MagSafe.

In the photo I surrounded the place where I made the short circuit ..

Thank you!

Did you open up the keyboard & system so you could clean out all of the spilled soda. Sounds like you have more soda damage to clean up.

Sorry i would like to say "soda" but no "soude"...

on the keyboard is on, I have to change ... But since I like short circuit I have more light on the charger I wonder if I should change as the MagSafe connector or controlling the fuses on the motherboard ... If so, where can they be??

Lets try this again - Open the system and clean it of anything that does not belong: food, sand, drink, water, coffee, tea, milk ... Use distilled water and isopropyl alcohol to remove what spilled. Make sure the system is fully cleaned and dry before powering (remove the battery and AC charger).

ok, thank you! my serial number: 642

I want precised that the keyboard is unplugged because it no longer works.

I wanted to start without. adding an external keyboard and mouse.

But I shorted the wrong place and now the LED on the charger will not turn on. Front short it is turned on.

So I damaged a piece ... But which one???

MagSafe connector or fuse??

If you have any ideas

If you shorted across the wrong pads you could have damaged the main logic board. There is no user removable fuses here to replace. You need to fix the keyboard or replace it and now you may also need to replace the main logic board.
