Matthew, try and post an image that is a little better focused and a little less. Right now I would say, No, you will have to run jumpers since it appears as if your solder pads are of the logic board. A better picture will hopefully prove me wrong. Follow this guide to attach the images. I allowed myself to post your image with your question. Not everyone has access to an open network at all time and some may have trouble checking on your link :-)
