Screws behind LCD screen

I am trying to remove the screws behind the LCD screen inside the iPhone but it seems to be that there is "lock-tight" on the screws. How do you go through with removing these?

One method is to first tighten the screws, this may have the effect of breaking the seal on the adhesive.

A small drop of solvent such as Acetone or Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) will break it apart if it finds its way down the threads. Be careful not to drip it anywhere else though as it may have a detrimental effect on other components.

Good luck, and be patient with it.
