My xbox360 want turn and my power brick light stays orange

Does it give you error codes? Do any lights flash on the device? Are there any sounds? Which XBOX do you have (if you don't know, check the manufacture date)?

When did it stop turning on? Did you do anything to it before (i.e. take it apart, drop it, etc.)?

I know I've had a problem with the RF board (quick and easy fix) on the XBOX going bad, but the power button still worked, it's just no lights would show on the console and controllers wouldn't connect. It's about an $8 fix, that's probably the cheapest place to start (assuming you have Torx screwdrivers).
