Oh,

I willfix,

What i am referring to in step # 19 is, There is a warning over on the right side of the page, it says be careful removing the Logicboard or you will damage the gold contact.(or something similar) it is the gold contact that is the part I need that they are saying to be careful not to damage. They just don't call it by it's actual name.

hi gary, first off all you have bought an iphone 4S! iphone 4 has a A4 prossesor unlike your A5.

i have no idea what part you are talking about and i cant see a thing at step #19 on the iPhone 4 teardown. :-)

as you can see there is no part where you are pointing at.

the part that Gary is looking at is SP1_RF 1.0X1.85MM SM-NSP-OBLONG, the grounding spring for the antenna

Thanks,

I will fix, but the part i need was where the tip of the tweezers points to, i, opened the phone(it had water damage) and there was just a touch of rust or corrosion there, the part was gone. So the blank area in the square where the point of the tip ends, is where the part went. Thanks for the help.,
