Wifi Replacement Cable How to fit?

Hi

Ive got a 2nd Gen Touch with the wireless saying that it is not available. I can get the replacement part for the wireless from http://www.parts4iPods.com/epages/es1157...

Problem is that even though I have the ability to solder and have knowledge of working with microelectronics. Im unsure of how to replace this part. When I look at the board it appears to be stuck on. Ive taken one off on a water damaged touch 8gb but the one I want to replace is on a 16gb and it is not water damaged. When you take the old one off you are left with an orangey coloured residue left and a few wires on the board can someone tell me how to properly fit this part please. So I can replace the wireless and get this item working properly again :D

Thanks in Advance

I second this question. I see the replacement ones come with stick back tape but not sure what kind to use on a used working wifi cable as it acts like the cable has to make electrical contact.

Any of you folks who repair these for a living got a answer for us?

Still would like to hear from someone who repairs these iPods so they don't end up in a land fill.
