Noise with convector with the Timer

Hi, I have a bathroom convector "noname" model EF621 C of 2000 Watts, from Dimplex north america. It started to produce a strange noise when we use the timer, like a fan that hang on something. Here a video:

We can use the other control but it's not very the best way because not much heat..

Any ideas what could be the cause? and how can I fix that?

Definitely sounds look your fan. It sounds like it is hitting something on the inside. Best would be to disassemble your unit and to take a look at it.
