After removing door panel. How do I remove old speaker. And connect new speakers?

haleymueck, the speakers are screwed to the door with either 2 or 4 (depending on model) screws. Unscrew those and slightly pull the speaker out of the door. The wires should be connected with some spade connectors. Remove those, but do remember to write down which cable goes on the + of the speaker. Your speaker is most likely has the marks for the polarity by the connectors. Once disconnected, just replace that speaker with a new one. Hope this helps, good luck.
