Did you try the reset methods?

(home,sleep/wake or home,volume up, sleep/wake)

I picked a solution somewhere of the internet, but I can's find it anymore.

There is a very tiny part that should be transferred from the old (faulty) screen.

It sits on the back of the digitizer connector and looks like a rolled up piece of aluminium tissue.

Its glued and when you pry it of the connector you can stick it on the back of the new screens digitizer connector.

I tried it and it worked for me.
