The first two are the wrong speed but the Transcend DDR3 4 GB Laptop RAM (JM1066KSN-4G) should work. Link provided for another source. Good luck.

I can confirm that #3 [Transcend DDR3 4 GB Laptop RAM (JM1066KSN-4G)] do work with macbook a1342 late 2009 (white unibody) along with original 1gb ram in the second slot (5gb of ram in total).
