Battery Replacement Gone Wrong

Ok so to keep things: I am unable to soldier the "charging" connection from the battery to the logic board due to the missing metal soldier piece that goes on the circuit. I've tried countless times to get around it, like putting soldier there first then trying to put the connection on top next, so much that I've ruined the charging tab on my replacement battery. (I'm using my old one now).

How do I fix the connection on the logic board? Buying a new logic board is out of the question since I've sunk quite a bit of money and would just rather get a whole new device.

Thanks

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?
