Bonjour,

Peut-être que la carte SIM est mise un peu de travers,ce qui pourrait bloquer le tiroir...

Il faut essayer de bouger légèrement la carte SIM et voir si cela va mieux après.

Sinon, il faut tenter le démontage de l'iPhone pour remettre les choses comme il faut...
