"Do Not Remove" Sticker

Battery replacement went fine. Works perfectly...but what about that "Do Not Remove" sticker under connection "6". Does it serve any purpose? I destroyed it getting off to uncover the screw underneath. Is it an Apple Police sticker? Should I go back and replace it with something like a square of electrical tape?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi,

Don't worry, probably kind of warranty void. But if you change the battery you are probably not under warranty anyway!

In case you had a metallic part or other conductive material over it, you could put another piece of tape for security but it look it is the battery plastic envelope just over so no risk.
