Why will my phone not make calls

my lg dare got washed accidently. i dryed it out and everything worked ok except it would not make and receive calls. any ideas on how to get it to work completely ?

bill, open it up, clean it totally with isopropyl alcohol. Check for corrosion damage as well as missing pats. Replace the battery and reevaluate.
