Cleaned with isoprobyl alcohol but still the same. I notice that the processor has a little bubble on it probably from overheating. Is it possible to get a complete logic board for it?
Phone works perfect when its cold 5min on it you can feel it heats up just freezes or jump from app or just start typing or calling random numbers. Is this repairable or do you sell the complete board, many thanks Rodger.

Rodger, I definitely would start off with this guideIt is for a 3G but essentially the same procedure. I habitually change the battery on a liquid immersion. You'll be surprised to find out how many errors a water damaged battery can give you ;-) After that, reevaluate, clean again and see what you get. The order I'd proceed is Clean>new battery>LCD>logic board. ifixit does not sell iPhone Logic boards, so you would have to do some internet scouring to find something close to your location as well as financial situation. You could contact places like this. Apparently they do offer board level repair. Hope this helps, good luck.
