after I replace the dock connector, speaker dont work
i just replace the dock connector, now the speaker dont work. what am i missing?

Look at step 24 on here, iPhone 4 Speaker Enclosure Replacement, you will see 2 brass contact points that are easily bent or even broke when removing and replacing the speaker, I would check these first and the contacts on the dock connector ribbon cable where they make contact, good luck, If this answer was helpful please remember to mark it accepted
