White screen but still working

I recently replaced a iphone4 screen and have encountered a white screen. The reset options and the restores have not worked. The phone is functioning but the screen is white. It will play music and you can hear it receive texts, you just can't see anything. I've tried two screens and both have had the issue

Why did you originally change your screen, was it cracked, and where have bought both of your new screens ?

The screen had a crack so I replaced it. The new screen was purchased by the person I was fixing it for. I believe amazon. The second was from ifixit or Icracked. I'm not sure

I wont ever buy another screen from Amazon or Ebay, most of the ones I bought from them were bad, in my experience and I have a repair shop, if you have a white screen that a hard reset wont fix then the screen is bad, I have real good luck with this site, https://www.gounlock.com/search.php?prod..., good luck and keep me posted.
