Definitely try what Mikhrych offers first, if that doesn't work there are 2 things that may have caused your problem that come to mind, to do the power flex replacement the safest way to do the job would include removing the screen assembly and if you did do that step it puts your lcd at risk during the removal, when prying it out and releasing it from the mid frame it's easy to bend or flex the lcd and damage it which would cause your screen to look the way you describe it, if you didn't remove the screen to replace the power flex then your lcd digitizer ribbon cables would be at risk of damage because they are in the way when you remove the screws that hold your power button to the mid frame and your screwdriver can bend and damage them while removing and replacing the screws, if either of these are the issue you would need to replace the front screen assembly, hopefully doing the hard reset fixes your problem, good luck.

Try to hold Power and home maybe the LCD is not initialized.
