How can I fix the refractle quality to my screen images.
for some reason there is a refractile quality to my image. it looks like a movie effect but i dont know how this started or how to stop it.

Connect to an external monitor - if the problem is evident there you have a damaged or failing GPU - there is no DIY fix for that, you must replace the logic board.
If the problem is not showing up there you most likely have a failing cable to the LCD. Look for nicks or corrosion. Try replacing the cable.
