Won't charge, replaced battery and Dock Connector
The iPhone in question wont charge either by outlet or pc. I've tried replacing both the battery and dock connector and it still wont charge. It DOES show that its connected, however the charging symbol doesnt appear, it only shows that its plugged in. The headphone jack/volume cable is also broken so could that be a possible reason why? I'm too stubborn to admit its the logic board. :/
UPDATE
I let the phone charge for a couple hours and the battery now displays 100%. However it still doesn't show the charging symbol and the phone only works when connected to a charger. It dies immediately if it is unplugged and there's no way to turn it on unless its plugged in. Any thoughts?
UPDATEX2
well now it won't even turn on plugged in anymore. Its stuck in an infinite boot loop on the apple logo.
Is this a good question?

Im fixing it for a friend. He tried to replace the lcd himself and ended up breaking not only the new lcd but also tearing some ribbons. I successfully replaced the lcd, power/proximity sensor ribbon, & front camera. however i couldn't get his volume buttons to work. Also it seems it only gets stuck in a bootloop with certain chargers, however with others it will turn on normally but die as soon as its taken off.
