Hi all,
Can I use the MacBook 13" Unibody Alu (not pro) screen assembly in MacBook 13" Pro?
Would the connectors be the same?

Yes, they would be the exact same connector. Although watch out since you're voiding any remaining warranty by using the "MacBook" one instead of the pro...

How about screen quality, I heard that it is worse on MB than on MBP
Yes, the screens usually used in the MacBooks were of poorer quality than that of the MBP. They aren't THAT bad. If you're not doing anything color-critical, you'll be fine.
