LCD Stress pressure marks after installing a replacement screen

I had bought several lcd + digitizer replacements from different seller around eBay. Some of them send good lcd + digitizer replacements and after several purchases some lcd + digitizer replacements have this flaw when applying a little pressure around the lcd + digitizer replacement.

And is that after installing them they will show some stress marks on top and bottom of the lcd + digitizer replacement when applying a little bit of pressure. (Pic Related)

How can I know that a LCD is bad without installing them. I buy bulk orders from time to time since i own a repair shop.

Or anyone has a way to solve this issue?

This has to do with not correctly cushioning or applying adhesive to the underside of the screen. Mine does this as well and it is a common error when doing it. To get it done correctly try using a small amount of tape and super glue to hold the screen down.

Hi Kevin,

Do you mean using tape/super glue during the application of glue or after (when the marks are present)?

How would you suggest avoiding this error when applying the glue?

Thanks so much h!

Robert there is a way to test an LCD Digitizer without installing it, first, remove the back cover of your phone, then remove the steel cover plate that covers all of the ribbon cable connection points at the top by the camera, unplug the LCD Digitizer connections and carefully move them out of the way far enough to plug in and test the new LCD Digitizer, there is a (jumper) Ribbon cable made that makes this process much easier, https://www.gounlock.com/details.php?ite... I use it to test every screen before installation !
