no call return voice

Phone was working fine. Now it allows calls to be taken and heard if on ear piece or car bluetooth. I can speak on speaker phone also.

I can not however take a call normally. It receives them and the other side is clear. They can't hear me though.

It sounds like you need to replace the microphone, try cleaning it first, its an easy and inexpensive fix if you do need to replace it .
