keeps on showing charging but not opening and charging

I opened my my phone in other to make after i assemble my phone is not starting.I think battery connector is not joining properly but i recheck all and everything is fitted fine.Now I can see charging in phone but it never charge and not opening up.Everything was great before opening my phone battery backup was good.Sorry for my bad english
