Cracking noise while on call or listening to music

2 days ago my iPhone 4 started making a cracking noise while listening to music or on call like is shown here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpXdHeA_d...). Even with earphones the noise happens. Tried to restore but it didn't solve. The noise come and goes by itself, what should I do?
