locked phone after trying to upgrade to 6.0

hi good morning

i tried to update my 3 gs to get the 6.0 but it ws locked

my IMEI is 01 216100 759575 0

IccId 8921 6010 0105 5248 215

i inserted my sim ( orange tunisia) but didn't accept it

this phone was bought in Boston mass.

could u plizzz help

You need to downgrade to iOS 3.1.3 (Requires no SHSH blobs) and using redsn0w or pwnagetool, make a iOS 6 IPSW that has the Baseband removed. Then put it into a Pwned DFU state and restore the baseband removed IPSW through iTunes.

**If iOS 6 isnt supported by redsnow/pwnagetool, you may have to use iOS 5 blobs.

i think that my question was not 100% correct because the phone refused to register not only locked.

i restored the phone and need to register again, it required a sim card, and since it is bought in the US and i'm using an other country's sim card it is blocked , i hope my question is clearer now and thank you v much for your help.

for 35 US $.

but i was told that i won't be able to install cidya on it while usine IOS 6.

is there a solution for that?
