It continually freezes...what can I do?

My Xbox freezes after playing for about 5 minutes.....what can I do to fix this?

Any history of past red ring error code's? And if so what were the error related too?

Options

Go to to the dashboard, go to system settings, go to memory settings, highlight the hard drive you're using, press y, and press "Clear system cache". Hope that helps!
