iPhone4 bettery connector soldering

Hi,

As you can see, the first image below is the batterty connector on the iphone motherboard.(You can notice those 2 squre solderings are gone)

the second image is the actual battery connector that you plug in iphone bettery to this connector.

My question is, I don't know anything about soldering. I only know how to solder. so can I just solder those 4 pins and would I able to use the bettery normally again.

You can, But I would use a hot air rework station for a job like that. soldering is good for wires and such not really for SMD jobs.

You need to reSolder the good pins and Crete a jumper from the connector to the gold tabs Just in front of the two that are missing. The one on the right can be grounded to th metal cage around circuit board if it is bad. The left is the hot side and it is a little more difficult to repair.
