On power up of Dell Studio XPS PC monitor is on, but only flashes an Underscore. The monitor will go through a series of images that states analog, then an image that states digital, then flashes an underscore. I can't do anything after that.

Dana, "but only flashes an Underscore." try to access the BIOS and se what you get. Also try a different monitor. If the underscore flashes it does get video signal. Usually a flashing underscore is caused by am OS that is not found. Give us more information about your computer and your monitor.
