11 xbox wont read disks after laser replacement
i have an xbox that wont read disks and i have replaced the laser and it just says reading then open tray how do i fix this

Make sure the laser hasn't been scratched, and clean it with a microfiber cloth very carefully. Make sure the laser was properly installed. Is there any more information you can give?
