Is there a way to replace the graphic card in a Dell Inspiron 2650?
Screen is garbled all the time. Origin must be overheating.
Is this a good question?

Froggy, thanks for clarifying this. In that case, it is definitely an error of the video card on your laptop. There is no way to just replace the video card, it is an integrated part of your logic board. If it has failed, you can fix it by either replacing the motherboard, or by trying to either reflow the board or reball the GPU.

Thank you Doctor!!!
I just discovered this site on French TV yesterday! The "Do It Yourself" to save money...
Now, I know how to proceed.
Thank you again for your precious help Oldturkey03.

Have you tried an external monitor yet. If an external monitor works, your video section is okay but you will have to look at the cables to your LCD. Give us more details.

Thank you very much but, I did!
The external monitor looks like the same as the laptop's one.
