1 Phone turns on. But has a white screen.
Phone turns on, but has a white screen. Won't turn back off. Have to take the battery out to turn off. Please help if poss

Your Phone has a unstable RAM.
try to Soft reset by 3 button reset method ie *+3+green button and power on button.
otherwise your phone is a history bow.

If you wish to give up on the repair, recycle it please
Didn't work mate. I mite have to replace the screen. But don't no if it's worth it.
for most of the N-series display problems are often cause by an ic chip called the display filter found near the power ic chip. cold solder can help spcly...white screen problem. thanks
