1 iPhone only charges off
My iphone only charges if the cellphone was turn off, what could it be?

Power amp issue on the logic board. I believe there is a company out there that repairs broken logic boards.

To my knowledge, iPhones do not charge when they are off unless they are completely dead. Try removing the backplate and checking that the battery connector is flat making a good connection on the motherboard receiver.
