Whenever I see a white screen for a laptop, I first assume that the problem is the screen. If you have an extra monitor available, connect it to the VGA port and see if you get an image there. If the image is distorted or similar to the laptop, then you know that the graphics chip on the board is the problem and repairing it will mean replacing the motherboard, and of course if the image is good, either the screen (usually the case) or the LCD cable will need to be replaced. Take note that if you have to replace the LED screen, order a new one based on the model number from the original screen, and not the model of the laptop.

I have tried with an external monitor and she does not send image. Another thing that I forget is to say that none of the LED works, when I ignite the computer they all are ignited as a kind of flash and then they go out and do not return to ignite.

The culminating issues sound to me like the motherboard is faulty. But to be sure, try pulling any unnecessary parts from the system, namely your hard drive, cd drive, keyboard, and anything plugged into the express port or USB. If possible also put in confirmed working RAM into one port and if it still comes back with the same problem, you know it is the motherboard. If the POST returns a working BIOS screen you know it is one of those parts, so put them in one by one to see which it is. Another thing I am concerned about is the "flashing the Bios" you mentioned. If the BIOS flash failed in process, you could have easily killed the board, or might have to pull the CR2032 battery from the board for ~30 minutes to reset it if you are lucky.
