Anyone know of any sites that show whats compatible

Is there anything anyone knows of maybe showing what parts are cross compatible between the 3G and 3GS then as well for the models of 4's and 4S's. I'm trying to find a more reliable source then say just goggling or ebay stores (unless someone has something specific that they deem a reliable source).
