Tried inverter what's next?

Hello I have a Imac 20" A1207 Intel with and I cant' get a my display to show anything. I have replaced my inverter board but it didn't help. What should my next step be to replace the lcd data cable or the lcd itself? I have no backlight or lines on my lcd it is simply black. My logic board shows the first 2 leds and the white "spot light" and fans run full speed. Any help would be appreciated thank you in advance.

Options

LED #2 "flashes" then #3 should come on. If you've already reset the SMU and LED 3 is off, it means that your logic board needs to be replaced.
