Power button not working

The usual power button has gone on my iphone 4, I've dissected it & wanted to know the best way to move the connectors covering the right screw so I can not only remove it but get it back in? I've cleaned it the best I can without removing the screws with no joy. Is it best to replace it completely and if so, shall I purchase just the button itself or is there anything else that I need to replace?

I appreciate any advice in advance!

You have to replace the power proximity flex cable. The best way to get to the screws without risking damage to the lcd connector is to remove the front glass.
