iPhone boots up for 5 seconds then turns off

I need help with my iPhone. I have tried restoring normally and in DFU mode but still, iTunes will give me an error 21. I even shut down my antivirus but nothing. My iPhone just boots for 5 seconds when apple logo is shown then turns off> My friend dropped it once and since then its been acting like that. It wasn't even high and I have had ghost armor installed on it, so nothing happened on the outside. Could it be the battery or what? Please help!!!

Yes, it sounds like a new battery is in your future. It should fix the error 21 as well.
