I have colored lines after replacing screen. Can I fix that?

After replacing the screen on my iPhone 4 I have colored lines in the middle of the screen. Red and green.

Can I fix that ?

Unfortunately looks like you have bought a faulty part (very common with all the crap quality parts out there these days). Either hit up the guy you bought it off and demand a replacement or refund. You will probably have to send the part back to him. Or just buy another screen and try your luck with that!

Probably not.. LCD is damaged. but to say for sure it help if you have a picture of the screen.
